Refund Policy

HalalKnot is currently free

Joining HalalKnot and using its core features — creating a profile, browsing, and sending proposals — is free. We are introducing an optional paid Premium plan (a one-time payment of $6 for 3 months of access, with no auto-renewal). You are only ever charged if you choose to buy Premium: there is no automatic billing and no subscription. While Premium is not yet available, there is nothing to pay and nothing to refund.

Refunds for Premium

Premium is a one-time purchase that unlocks digital features immediately once your payment is confirmed. Because access is granted straight away, Premium purchases are generally non-refundable once activated, except where a refund is required by applicable consumer law. Premium never auto-renews, so nothing is charged again unless you choose to buy it once more.
